With the New Year comes a very special birthday. Sadie Handlon, daughter of Megan and Joe. Megan and I have worked together at the studio since she was in high school. Now I get to watch the joy of her daughter spread around the family and our studio family too. Sadie's official birthday is Jan. 3 and she came in for the official portraits this past Saturday. We haven't edited through all of the images yet, but this one just caught my eye.
Santa's studio is buzzing with excitement today. First and foremost, its Valerie's Birthday. The lady who helped me start the dream of a photography studio over 20 years ago, and the one who puts up with me in the office and at home too! Thanks honey for doing what you do best, and a Very Happy Birthday! Next, if you haven't seen it yet Campli Photography is on Living Social this week. Check it out for a great value. Use it for yourself, or give it as a gift. Next up is the famous Victorian Christmas stroll tonight. We are both sad and happy about this one. The sad part is we will not be open for the evening. The happy part is because we will all be out photographing two great couples who are being married. Christine and Michael will have Matteo capturing the nuptials, and I will be photographing Dawn and Mike as they tie the knot. So overall a very fun and busy day. Please know that the holiday cheer starts Saturday in the studio so stop by for a cocktail, wine, cookie and whatever else we can find to stuff ourselves with until the gym membership specials of January hit us.
